Adult Chaperones
Reminder:
Adults must be at least 21 years old to serve as chaperones within the Diocese of Charlotte.
Ratio
: The on-site adult-to-youth ratio for the Diocese of Charlotte for children ages pre-K to grade 12 is one (1) adult for every ten (10) children. This means (2) adults from one (1) to twenty (20) children/youth; three (3) adults for up to thirty (30) youth, etc.

If your number of participants or meal information changes simply contact the office of Faith Formation and we will update your registration for you.
If your numbers changes after the deadline, or you have any questions, please contact us in the office.
Please remember to bring the appropriate permission and health forms for your group. Forms can be found online at:
charlottediocese.org/offices/safe-environment/policies
Remember, ALL YOUTH are expected to be accompanied by a chaperon for the event. If youth are traveling with their families, a parent/guardian is expected to chaperon the youth. If youth are traveling with their parishes, appropriate chaperons must be provided by their parish.
