Bishop’s Youth Pilgrimage Canceled for 2021
We have been closely monitoring the national and local situation as it pertains to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and the impact on our ability to successfully put on the Bishop’s Youth Pilgrimage at Belmont Abbey on March 27, 2021. With the safety of our young people in mind, and all those involved in the Pilgrimage, we have decided to cancel the event this year. This decision was reached after prayerful discernment regarding the potential risk to the participants as well as to maintain appropriate levels of “social distancing.” We will look forward to our time together next year for this great event!
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Be assured of our prayers. God bless.

About the Day
Bishop Peter J. Jugis invites middle and high school youth to join him at Belmont Abbey for a day of prayer and adoration of our Eucharistic Lord. The Bishop’s Youth Pilgrimage is graciously hosted by Belmont Abbey College and Monastery and provides youth with an experience of the Catholic faith with uplifting music and dynamic speakers. The Youth Pilgrimage is the perfect opportunity to prepare the way for the Eucharistic Congress in September.
The Bishop’s Youth Pilgrimage will take place, rain or shine! In case of inclement weather, all youth groups are directed to go to the Wheeler Center.
